Now I had a list with which to target the customer’s amygdala - consistently and systematically.

He mentioned that he wasn’t able to say exactly why he found this effective, but he had discovered that it was.
Well, I was able to immediately identify this as making use of the “Reason Why” trigger.
Giving a reason automatically triggers a cooperation response.

Neuroscientists found that this worked - even when the stated reason didn’t make sense.
